Hey everyone I've made an animation of the 1'st Gothic game and I thought I'd share it with you all.

Why not make a sequel? It might be fun seeing Mud actually venture into the Temple of the Sleeper. Since the hero must have already killed the majority of monsters and opened most gates, Mud would not have much trouble reaching the atrium of the temple. And then you could make the last orc shaman laugh at him or something

As far as your original animation goes, I liked how the jokes were delivered, especially how abruptly Xardas provided the Nameless Hero Beatrice with information about his parents However, the script itself was nothing special, so you might want to improve on that in future projects. I also liked how nicely the characters were drawn, but the background could have used some more detail.

I hope this bit of critique won't crush you too much I just figured you received unhealthy amounts of positive feedback here

Thanks for your feedback - I don't think you crushed me with your opinion - I do usually write the script out of impulse, it just comes to me in a moment and I write it down and that ends up being the final script - I guess I should work more on that. As far as the backgrounds go I am still trying to learn how to make them better, I really could use someone who is better at backgrounds to draw them but I am not sure if I can find someone to that so easily - if anyone knows someone who would wanna do that for free let me know .

About your idea to continue from where my animation left off - I thought about that too - seeing Mud go and defeat the Sleeper - there are a few fun things I could make some jokes of on the way there and inside the temple as well.

I've also thought about making another parody with other parts of the game that have some funny elements in them without actually continuing where my animation left off.

Thanks for your ideas and I am open to any other suggestions on a potential sequel.

Beatrice xD (The Dutch queen is called: Beatrix) will be bragging about it somehow ofc let mud walk with you and the orcs stop him, he acts like they're scumbags and they laugh (and beat him up¿?) yet somehow he is able to follow you into the temple, then he says:"I'll do the last part.'' He goes to the Sleeper, flees from the men guarding him and you finish them all off, he claims he wasnt scared, he just guided them to you.

So, I wrote your script: "Now make me an (no not sammich, but an) animation"

I just wrote a new script - just trying to fix things up and then I'll send it to the voice actors. So stay tuned everybody for part two of my gothic animation.
